Twitter Accounts Suspended Suspected Attack on Free Speech

The 5th June 2020 started out just like any other day for me, waking up early, checking the time and taking a shot of the sun rising from my bedroom overlooking the City of Angels and the River of Kings in Bangkok, Thailand.

Then mid-morning, not long after posting a new graphic announcement highlighting Australia‘s top foreign investment partners, my Twitter accounts were simultaneously suspended.

One can only guess at the reason … and despite many attempts to login at the time of publishing this article more than six Twitter accounts are suspended. Some were not suspended, however when attempts were made to login, these then became immediately suspended too.

Pathological Deception

Are these Twitter account suspensions because I had recently launch a new film project?

Are these Twitter account suspensions because the United States is under attack by Antifa, recently designated an international terrorist group?

Are these Twitter account suspensions because of some other reason? Time will likely show…

Who knows? Let’s see when, if ever, I get access to these accounts returned? I am not holding my breathe for these. Social media has become ever more unreliable, manipulated and overrun with junk and misinformation.

As a concerned human being I can only hope that citizens of the world stay connected, wishing that humanity can solve its problems and live in peace and harmony.

How does one get a message out these days? … one of the many comments on Kevin Powell’s Open Letter to Chris Brown dated March 24, 2011 at 12:30 am, said “I just want to say, I hope you actually do meet him and talk to him. Because from what I understand of young people today, he isn’t reading anything longer than four lines.”

At over four full pages… this letter is considered and written from the heart… and is not only a cry out to twitterers, bloggers, and a society that feels uncomfortable with reading more than a few lines on a PDA … nor is it directed exclusively at Chris Brown, young rappers or famous celebrities who are having difficulties coping with media attention… it is an eloquent essay depicting the state of American society, which one might add, is not a societal trait peculiar exclusively to the USA!

The media, and those working in it have a responsibility to keep writing, filming and broadcasting widely… and throughout all of humanity… “The Truth Shall Set You Free”.

Present EARTH WARS, whether economic, social, or spiritual threaten the planet, our humanity, our very existence … Technology, if harnessed properly will provide sustainable existence… and humanity will progress and peace and happiness will be the basis of our existence…
Weather control requires human beings to have attained a level of consciousness that respects all life on our planet and our planet as interconnected and interactive.
Weather warfare conflicts with our planet and humanity.

Information Technology, if controlled for the purposes of profit or motives ulterior to the preservation of humanity and human life, will cause apocalyptic catastrophe.

A Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) known informally as the “Biodiversity Convention”, is an international legally binding treaty. The Convention has three main goals:
1. conservation of biological diversity (or biodiversity);
2. sustainable use of its components; and
3. fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising from genetic resources

The Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD), formally the “Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques” is an international treaty prohibiting the military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques. It opened for signature on 18 May 1977 in Geneva and entered into force on 5 October 1978.

It is apparent that these conventions are not being respected … All Human Beings just don’t get it!

Available technology allows for the exponential expansion of existentialism…. the interwoven fabric of communications are vital to shared existence… interactive communities, online social networks… such as Facebook, reaching across the globe connecting hundreds of millions of humans have a social responsibility to connect people; devastation and destruction can be implemented by uncaring, ruthless and ignorant individuals at the mere click of keyboard button, a mouse or voice command … if left unchecked the world as we know it disappears…

The wiping out of humanity as we know it …it could happen instantly… or it could be a slow, protracted painful removal of everything we base our perception of the world we live in on…

2010 : The International Year of Biodiversity with an emphasis on 2010 Biodiversity Target initiated in 2001. In 2003, Environment Ministers and Heads of delegation from 51 countries in the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) region adopted the Kiev Resolution on Biodiversity at the fifth Ministerial Conference “Environment for Europe” and decided to “reinforce our objective to halt the loss of biological diversity at all levels by the year 2010”.

What has happened?

Is this what human beings, and especially those in positions of great power are viewing as reinforcing and halting the loss of biological diversity? Parties to these conventions committed themselves to a more effective and coherent implementation of the three objectives of the Convention, to achieve by 2010 a significant reduction of the current rate of biodiversity loss at the global, regional and national level as a contribution to poverty alleviation and to the benefit of all life on earth.

The main goals of the International Year of Biodiversity were to:
Enhance public awareness of the importance of conserving biodiversity and of the underlying threats to biodiversity
Raise awareness of the accomplishments to save biodiversity that have already been realized by communities and governments
Promote innovative solutions to reduce the threats to biodiversity
Encourage individuals, organizations and governments to take immediate steps to halt biodiversity loss
Start dialog between stakeholders for the steps to be taken in the post-2010 period.
… Was this achieved? I think not!

Biodiversity is life.
Biodiversity is our life…

We are witnessing great trauma, cataclysmic catastrophe on a level that is posing a real threat to humanity right now… I urge you to action… read, learn and explore the existence and meaning of life and to become involved… Humanity needs YOU!

Attention one and all, and consider the analogy of this present day cyber issue to the David & Goliath story (Who are David & Goliath?) …. when there is injustice in the world, things need to change… Is Facebook going to be brought down by falling on its own “sword of arrogance”? Does Facebook’s reigning supremacy of the social networking arena mean it can randomly and negatively affect the lives of individuals, just because it has some hidden agenda and way of determining who it behaving properly in the world of online social networking?

PLEASE READ ON… Is this a responsible reply to a polite and civil inquiry made to Facebook, after my personal account was disabled for no good reason?

After reviewing your situation, we have determined that your behavior violated Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. You will no longer be able to use Facebook. This decision is final and cannot be appealed.

Well, I can assure you I did not behave in a threatening manner, or badly, or harass anyone. Quite the contrary… my use of Facebook was in such a way that I treat all people with respect, and many of my friends were highly appreciative of my status updates, which I enjoyed sharing.

My response to “Liam” at Facebook was this:

Whilst it is appreciated that I have received a reply now to my inquiry, I categorically object to the assessment made in respect to why my account was disabled.

Despite the statements made below such that ” behavior on the site was identified as harassing or threatening to other people on Facebook. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Sending friend requests to people you don’t know

• Regularly contacting strangers through unsolicited Inbox messages

• Soliciting others for dating or business purposes

After reviewing your situation, we have determined that your behavior violated Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. You will no longer be able to use Facebook. This decision is final and cannot be appealed. Please note that for technical and security reasons, we will not provide you with any further details about this decision.” I strongly disagree with the action as taken, and the allegations made as such.

The seriousness of these allegations made about my behaviour on Facebook, without full disclosure of the information sources and without a proper legal basis has been considered from a legal perspective and is actionable at law. This type of unreasonable charging and actions is considered not only a personal threat and damaging to my reputation, but also something entirely illegal and it is well within my rights as a public speaker and spokesperson for freedom of speech propagator, as well as an entertainment specialist with a great and extensive knowledge of publicity awareness to further this cause, and raise awareness of the draconian measures the Facebook Company and those responsible for such actions are practicing. These will not be tolerated in the modern world of global business awareness, and thus continuance of such practices will lead to corporate demise and ruin.

I certainly intend to publicize this extreme decision by FACEBOOK and certain individuals associated with the Company… And only see it as a great shame and brazen attack against personal freedoms of people, and therefore to ensure that the company or individuals who are responsible for disabling my account will be held totally accountable to the law and to the greater God that guides one’s destiny.

THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING… Facebook must acknowledge its wrongs, its mishandling of this issue… and rectify and compensate people for the damage they have caused me and others who have been unfairly judged…

We will not go quietly into the night…

To make the point here, as the character President Thomas Whitmore said in the Hollywood film “Independence Day”, a film I once played in “We are fighting for our right to live. To exist! And should we win the day, … We will not go quietly into the night! We will not vanish without a fight! We’re going to live on! We’re going to survive!”

As a person who believes in good prevailing over evil, I will continue to fight for civil rights, for justice and for freedom here and to my last breath… I will fight against this tyranny, oppression, and persecution…

I support you Mustafa Fteja in this fight against the Facebook Gorilla… And may the best man win!
